Why should I volunteer with you?
Volunteering with Caring Connections USA, Inc. lets you make a direct impact on NICU families during difficult times. You will gain valuable experience in empathetic care, connect with a supportive community of like-minded helpers, and leave a lasting difference through your compassion and service. Most importantly, drawing cards and making graduation hats/blankets/etc. are fun!
Do you certify hours?
Yes! We certify service hours and are a Presidential Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) certifying organization. Hours vary by activity. Please complete the Volunteer Hours Form to log your service: link to the Volunteer Hours Form
What are your blanket specifications?
Find caregiver blanket specs here. For baby blankets, please avoid tassels. It is best to use a sewing machine or hand-stitch for safety. Detailed guidelines are available online to ensure every baby remains safe and comfy.
Any card specifications?
We love providing cards of encouragement to families in need. Please refer to our specific design and message guidelines here to ensure they meet our quality and safety requirements.
Can I share activity photos?
Absolutely. We love showcasing our dedicated volunteers. It also serves as great documentation of your impact. Please sign our media release form here so we can feature your hard work on our site.
